Team Leader
Having joined ROX in 2010, I quickly seized the opportunity to grow with the company. From evening shift to team leader in less than two years, my versatility and determination have opened the door to new challenges. Today, I supervise around ten people during the day, with a great deal of autonomy and a job that’s far from routine! My flexible schedule also allows me to be fully present for my son. At ROX, I thrive both professionally and personally.

Production Supervisor
At the age of 20, I started at ROX as a labourer. A year later, I became head of the jointing cell, as well as operator and trainer. In 2000, I was chosen to operate the new moulder before becoming team leader. Then, in 2017, after joining the continuous improvement committee, I was appointed production supervisor. What motivates me? Challenges! In nearly 30 years with the company, ROX has always placed its trust in me and today it’s my turn to pass that trust on to my team.

In 2017, in the midst of a job search, I applied to ROX… and I’ve been busy ever since! Right from my start on the evening shift, I enjoyed the familial atmosphere and forged strong bonds with the team. Today, on the day shift, every day is a challenge: solving problems in a hurry, juggling electricity, pneumatics, plumbing and machining… It’s impossible to get bored! With projects constantly evolving, I’m constantly learning and growing.

ROX is where it all began for me! A lifelong wood enthusiast, I studied at the École du meuble de Victoriaville before returning to Beauce. At the age of 23, I joined the team and seized the opportunity to become a moulder operator, a position that perfectly matched my attention to detail. Even today, each product brings its own challenges and diversity, and the work atmosphere is incomparable. Here, we grow as a team and evolve together!

Cell Manager
In 2011, an acquaintance convinced me to join ROX… and I’ve never looked back! I started out making stair treads, and despite the physical work, I soon proved that I belonged here. In 2017, my determination earned me a promotion to cell leader.
Today, I look after production, drive the forklift truck and take over if the team leader is absent. Every day brings its own challenges, and I know I’ve still got some great opportunities ahead of me!
