Reporting to the Maintenance Supervisor, the Industrial Mechanic’s main duties will include:

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on equipment and infrastructure;
• Modify and help install industrial equipment;
• Upon request, the incumbent will also perform other related tasks at the request of his/her immediate superior.

• Hold a vocational diploma in industrial mechanics or have 1 to 2 years’ relevant experience in a similar position in a manufacturing environment;
• Knowledge of mechanics, pneumatics, hydraulics and electricity;
• A sense of responsibility and autonomy;
• Be problem-solving oriented;
• Be dynamic and motivated to achieve objectives.

• Full-time, evening position, 40 hours per week over 4 days;
• Group insurance plan (50% employer-paid);
• Employer contribution to an RRSP.
